Mark Orman is an experienced commercial lawyer, with particular expertise in business and property transactions. He has previously been a senior lawyer at leading New Zealand, UK and Australian law firms and is most recently a former partner of a prominent Christchurch law firm.

His past and current clients include property developers, investors, tenants, landlords, banks, syndicators, government departments and local authorities. Mark has also advised on corporate due diligence, sale and purchases of businesses, bespoke property-related contracts, and dealt with the property law requirements of niche industry sectors. 

Mark has been an admitted barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand since 1998 and is an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Mark has previously been recognised among New Zealand’s leading real estate lawyers in Legal 500's Asia Pacific Guide.
